AWAKEN - Your Natural Healing Energy

In a time where there is constant uncertainty and change around us, finding and experiencing internal stillness and strength has become even more important.

When we feel uneasy within, energy within our body does not flow with ease. How would it feel if you could listen to your heart and follow your truth? Living Your Truth will teach you how to increase your sense of inner knowing to awaken your natural healing energy. 

Join me and like-minded people in a 60-minute online experience of real-time transformation. You will learn how to recognize your limiting-belief systems, and transform them. We will learn how to tap into health consciousness; aligning your mind, body, and soul. This training will include a combination of Theta Healing, healing through the subconscious mind, and East-Asian energy movement. 

This experience is available to anyone that can benefit from it. 

Please wear comfortable clothing, and be in a space where you can comfortably move. You will recieve the zoom link for the training once you RSVP. Please log into the zoom 5 minutes before the class, the link will be open. Each session will have a different zoom link,  if you wish to participate in more than one, please RSVP to each event.
