Are you ready to be more fulfilled? Are you ready to nurture yourself?
AWAKEN - Your Natural Healing Energy is an innovative mid-week energy experience. This 30 minute unique energy and consciousness training will help you infuse new positive energy into your self and into your week. In this session you will experience an amplification of your energy levels, a connection between your mind and body, and the ability to tap into your own healing energy. This training will include a combination of Wisdom, Movement, and Meditation.
Please wear comfortable clothing, and be in a space where you can comfortably move and meditate.
Zoom: You will recieve the zoom link after registering online. Please make sure to log into the zoom 5 minutes before the class, the class will start at 8:00am.
Price: 25$
Cancellation policy: Cancellations made up to 24 hours prior to the class will receive credit for a future class. Cancellations can be made to info@sarayardeni.com.
