AWAKEN - Your Natural Healing Power

In a time where there is constant uncertainty and changes around us, finding and experiencing internal stillness and strength has become even more important. In the past month I have experienced first-hand Covid 19, and now that I have greatfully recovered I would love to share with you some of the healing methods that have helped me heal. 

Join me in a 60-minute online experience of health and vitality, where you will learn how to tap into health consciousness; aligning your mind, body, and soul. This training will include a combination of Kabbalistic wisdom, East-Asian energy movement, and the healing of the subconscious mind, with a focus on core-strengthening. 

This experience is available to anyone that can benefit from it, whether you were infected or not.  

Please wear comfortable clothing, and be in a space where you can comfortably move. You will recieve the zoom link for the training once you RSVP. Please log into the zoom 5 minutes before the class, the link will be open. Each session will have a different zoom link,  if you wish to participate in more than one, please RSVP to each event.

The only requirement for these trainings that are needed is to choose health and happiness as your state of being.
